“It was called ‘California Star’ and as its old name suggests it served as a Cruise Ferry on the other side of the world. Today, only a map of Baja California remains in the ship’s entrance. With its green technology, the new Adria Ferries vessel is about to join the Ancona-Durres route. In fact, the ‘scrubber’ will allow the new Adria Ferries ship to cover the journey from Ancona to Durres in 15 hours, almost eliminating sulfur and particulate matter emissions in the atmosphere.”
