Dominique Philibert is the new President & Chief Operations Officer for “CR Ocean Engineering, LLC”. “CR Ocean Engineering” specializes in the design and manufacture of marine exhaust gas scrubbers for MARPOL compliance.

Since receiving his engineering degree from ECAM, France in 1990, Dominique focused on the field of Flue Gas Cleaning and has worked for some of the most respected names in the air pollution control industry both in the United States and in Europe, with a large array of available technologies, both wet and dry.

With more than 20 years of experience in Process Engineering, Project Management and Pre contract and with a strong work ethic, Dominique focuses on providing clients in the target industries with the best available technical solutions.

Prior to his present position, Dominique held roles such as Technology Director, Head of Proposal Department, Process Manager, Project Manager.
